Terms and conditions for Cruise Express Special Events - La Traviata

General terms

Once you have paid and received a receipt for your booking it is confirmed.
Once confirmed, La Traviata bookings are non refundable.
You may transfer your tickets at your discretion however they remain valid only for the specific dates chosen.
The weekend event is only open to our clients over the age of 18.

La Traviata tickets

La Traviata will be held on Sydney Harbour and as such may be affected by adverse weather conditions
If due to high winds or storms the event is cancelled, an alternative ticket date or a refund for the show may be offered at the organisers discretion.

Captain Cook Harbour cruise

The weekend harbour cruise has been arranged independently of the La Traviata concert.
Cruise Express has chartered the Captain Cook 'Explorer' for the two nights. No refund will be available for the cruise portion of the package
if due to unforseen circumstances the Opera event is cancelled.
