and around the world as they converge on Sydney Harbour on Saturday, October 5,
for a spectacular parade to rival the 1988 Bicentenary celebrations.

Commemorate the centenary of the first entry of the Royal Australian Navy fleet into Sydney. Invitations have been sent for warships to rendezvous off the NSW South Coast before making a final push into Sydney, 100 years after the first entry. The event will be reminiscent of the RAN’s 75th anniversary in 1986, and the Bicentennial Naval Salute in 1988, but will also include a significant tall ship contingent.
The formal review of all assembled ships by Her Excellency, the Governor General of Australia, will take place on Saturday 5 October
