• Today your cruise concludes when your ship arrives into Cape Town Port.
• You will be met at Cape Town Port and be transferred to the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront.
This tour of the ‘Mother City’ takes you directly to the cableway and up the famous Table Mountain while your
guide explains the varying flora & fauna. Continue on a city tour which includes visits to the Malay Quarter, the
Castle of Good Hope (time permitting), Milnerton for spectacular views of Table Mountain and the city and
Cape Town Diamond Works. Please note: The ticket for the cableway is NOT included due to the fact that
the tour is weather permitting. Following your tour you will be returned to your hotel.

Described by Sir Francis Drake as “the fairest Cape in all the world”, the coastline is dramatic and just as
enjoyable in good or bad weather. Cape Point is commonly thought to be the most southern point of the
African continent, however that honour belongs to Cape Agulhus some 150 kilometres to the east. The tour
visits the famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens before travelling along the coast to the Cape of Good Hope
Nature Reserve. Board the funicular (optional) to reach the hillcrest. After lunch (not included), continue to visit
a penguin colony. Return via Chapman’s Peak, Hout Bay, with a short stop at the harbour, Sea Point and the
city. Return to your hotel around 1700.

Kirkman’s Kamp
This charming old homestead built in the 1920’s, is named after famous game ranger, Harry Kirkman. Guests
stay in one of 18 semi-detached cottages overlooking the Sand River, each with air conditioning, safe,
telephone, mini bar, bathroom with claw foot baths and private verandah. The original homestead now houses
the Lodge’s sitting, bar and dining areas and there is also a verandah and swimming pool where guests can
relax. Dinners are taken in the open air boma around a log fire. Whilst at Kirkman’s Kamp you will enjoy a
morning and afternoon game activity on each full day and an activity when time permits on your arrival and
